International Orders
Orders from outside the continental United States must be prepaid in U.S. funds, cashier's check, wire transfer, or approved credit card. Please include your name, telephone and fax numbers for questions. Contact our sales department at the telephone and fax numbers listed above if you require additional information.

Guarantee
There is a 30 day money-back guarantee on all standard products sold. Special-order products are covered by the limited warranty, however they may not be returned for refund or credit. Chips, Modules, and pass-through items are limited to replacement only and may not be returned for credit.

Limited Warranty
All Micromint products carry a one-year limited warranty.

Refunds
In order to receive a refund of the product price, the product must be undamaged by the customer, the installation, or the common carrier and is subject to a restocking fee. Micromint must be notified within 7 days if there is an error in your shipment. The product must be returned complete (all manuals, software, cables, etc.) within 30 days of receipt and in as-new condition. The RMA procedure must be followed for prompt refund.

Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure

For any guarantee returns, limited warranty returns, or repairs out of warranty, the customer must contact our RMA department (407) 262-0066 for an RMA number. This RMA number must appear on the shipping label or delivery to Micromint will be refused.

Shipping and Handling Charges
All shipments are F.O.B. Longwood, Florida, USA, with shipping and handling charges added to the invoice (prepay and add). We can also ship against your shipping account number with prior arrangement.

Terms
Net-30 days is available with prearranged credit approval. Credit card (Visa, American Express, or MasterCard), cashier's check, or wire transfer are other possible payment options. Contact our sales department if additional information is required. All P.O.s are non-cancelable.

Restocking Charge
Products returned within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. A charge will also be made for any missing or damaged parts. Products not returned within 30 days of purchase or products not in resalable condition will be returned to the customer without credit.

Micromint reserves the right to change product price, configuration, or specifications, or to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Please be sure to read the warranty information.
